Seventh World Congress on Snow and Mountain Tourism

 Dear Sir,

I am pleased to inform you that the 7th World Congress on Snow and Mountain Tourism, organized incollaboration with the Principality of Andorra and the Municipality of La Massana, will take place in La Massana (Andorra) on 11 and 12 April 2012.

As has been widely recognized, snow and mountain tourism, as a rapidly growing and dynamic segment of the tourism industry, is facing challenges and it needs to re-position itself in the marketplace by clearly identifying the diversity and multiplicity of variables which will influence the future of this sector.

The Congress aims to provide a global insight into the priorities of the snow and mountain tourism by focusing mainly on the strategic tools for promotion and marketing and the effective use of IT within this context. It will be a very useful initiative to create a professional platform for debate and to launch a shared vision among the related stakeholders for the future of the snow and mountain tourism industry.

I therefore wish to invite you to attend the 7th International Congress and count on your presence and valuable contributions to this initiative.
