The main measures for compliance with the legislation on the state language in the system of the State сommittee for tourism development are defined.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to the issue of raising the status of the Uzbek language, ensuring its wide use in all spheres.

In particular, in the structure of the Cabinet of Ministers established the Department for development of state language in every Ministry and Department has appointed an adviser, equivalent to Deputy head. The purpose of such reforms is to ensure full compliance with the legislation on the state language, further increasing the authority of the Uzbek language as the state language.

In particular, in order to work out the systemic issues that need to be resolved in the Committee's system, starting from documentation and ending with writing signs and announcements on tourist sites, a plan of individual activities was approved.

In line with this, there were a number of issues related to the conduct of proceedings in the Committee and a full translation of all documents in the Uzbek language based on the Latin alphabet, making labels, ads, and signage at facilities and places of tourism in accordance with the law on the state language, the publication of guidance on scientifically based research in the field of terminology in the sphere of tourism, training of personnel record keeping in the state language.
