Everyone knows that in 2018, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a visa-free regime was established for 9 countries: Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, France and Tajikistan.
In order to create the most favorable conditions for foreign citizens and to make full use of the available opportunities and resources of the rich natural, cultural and historical heritage of the country, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from February 1, 2019, an additional visa-free regime is established for 45 countries for a period of 30 days from the date of entry into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It is important to note, that from January 15, 2019, a visa-free regime has been established for German citizens for 30 days. Note that earlier the introduction of a visa-free regime was scheduled for January 1, 2021.
These countries include Australia, Austria, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Canada, Denmark, Spain, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Finland, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Switzerland.
These measures can help to increase the flow of foreign tourists, develop cultural, scientific, trade and investment relations between Uzbekistan and other countries, improve the country's positive image among the international community.
